The resort will be divided into: 4 sections, 5 floors with usable terraces, with hotels and apartments with tourist services, 1 underground floor and a surrounding wall. The complex is positioned to the east of the Vlorë-Radhimë road and to the west it offers a view of the Adriatic Sea, giving it special values.
