The resort will be divided into: 4 sections, 5 floors with usable terrace, with hotels and apartments with tourist services, 1 underground floor and surrounding wall. The complex is positioned to the east of the Vlorë-Radhime road and to the west offers a view of the Adriatic Sea, giving it special values. The ground floor plan will be organized into service areas, where the hotel lobby will have a Bar-Restaurant, with a summer pool divided into two areas, for children and adults, sports fields, as well as green entertainment areas for children. The other floors will have a hotel function, as well as 1+1 and 2+1 apartments.
