Radhima Residence is a modern and exclusive residential project, being built in one of the most beautiful and high-potential development areas in southern Albania. The Radhima area where the project is being developed is one of the most important tourist spots in southern Albania. Positioned between Vlora and Orikum, it represents a destination with extraordinary development potential, both for elite tourism and for sustainable real estate investments.
Currently, Radhima is part of a large transformational project of the Albanian government, with a development fund of 53 million euros, which aims to modernize the entire Vlorë–Orikum–Radhimë axis. This public investment will significantly improve the infrastructure and quality of life in the area, increasing the value of any private development that is carried out there.
