Description
The residence is located only 180m away from the coastline. It is a modern interpretation of the architecture of the Albanian Riviera. The volumes are placed in the natural terrain, taking advantage of the view from the mountain or the sea. Passages and narrow alleys offer panoramas, as well as gorges for mountain winds and natural freshness.
The village square uses natural materials, hard local stone, to blend with the landscape and the colors that are present in the country.

The facades of the buildings bring back the traditional architecture of the area in a contemporary way. Natural stone, travertine and microcement coatings are used on the facades. Balconies and verandas are enriched with green vases with plants that are well preserved in the areas near the sea. The renovations are proposed in calm colors, in the tones of earth colors, which merge with the dense greenery and combine with the natural materials around the environment.
