I was looking for a nice apartment in Vlora for a long term. Coming to Albania with my wife and 2 dogs. It was really very difficult to find a good place with pets. Especially staying out of Albania. After a long searches I was lucky to contact Beler Beleraj, the owner and founder of the NEXT Real Estate. With his help EVERYTHING was arranged in the best possible way! I came to Albania for 2 days. Stayed in a very nice family run hotel "Beler", arranged also by Beler Beleraj. Then in less than 24 hours I saw the apartment I choosed before, signed a Notary Contract that included all my wishes and requests, got the keys and went back home to bring all my big "family) to Vlora.
